Terms & Conditions
- Request to book a the church for a Private Function should be made at least four (4) weeks prior to the function taking place.
- The Hirer shall be responsible for the cost of any damage caused to the building, furniture and fittings arising out of and in the course of his or her engagement; reasonable wear and tear alone accepted.
- Hirers must ensure that no games of chance, gambling, or any other kind of illegal activity are carried out at the church.
- All hirers must supply their own garbage bags, cutlery, plates, etc.
- Nails, screws or any other fastenings must not be driven into or attached in any way to walls, floors, furniture or fittings. All party decorations must be removed after the function.
- All goods, properties or materials brought in by the Hirer or any person on his/her behalf must be removed from the premises at the completion of the function.
- There is a noise curfew of 11PM that will have to be adhered to.
- All Decorations and changes made to the decor or layout of the church must be approved before taking place. Please email your requests to admin@vlcc.net.au. A member of staff will advise if the requests are approved prior to your event.
- The Church needs to be returned to its original condition at the end of the function that includes furniture and settings on the sound and AV equipment.
